My best guess was that the game wasn't optimized very well yet and that the frame control was going insane when I would enter the bridge area and the underground areas, which needs to render a LOT of information. So, I gave it another go on a new save file and as expected, their latest Seatruck Update released a HUGE optimization patch too, now my frames are consistent, and I have 3+ hours on a new save file and haven't crashed once, even in the areas I WOULD crash the most. In the main interface, click 'detach', and you will be able to expand the graphs and look at them in detail. That will show you graphs of all your temps. Hey, sorry I haven't replied in a month now, but I was just waiting for a massive update to be released, and grew skeptical. Once your game crashes, go to the bottom right of your taskbar, click the up arrow, and look for an icon that looks like a jet. I'll give it a go though for Windowed and see how it performs (though I doubt it'll change anything).Ĭould it also be a corrupted save file? Is it possible I should try a new save and head to the source of the crash and see? (Rhetorical question: I will try regardless!) The new survival action-adventure gaming series from Unknown Worlds Entertainment is here. It may be reproducible, but each time I do it, I have to hard restart my PC, which I hate doing. I do not get any warning or anything like that prior to booting up the game. Both begin with a crash on 4546B and require players to fight to stay alive in predator-infested waters. I thought maybe the experimental version may even fix my issue, but even before doing so I was experiencing this issue. Subnautica Below Zero was fully released on May 14, 2021.
